DSI Half-Thread Tenting Screws are made for the fixation of titanium mesh and resorbable membranes. It is a quick and easy solution for GBR techniques. The screw can be used both for the maxilla and mandible, as well as for vertical augmentation. The screw provides a reliable stabilization of the membrane for the whole treatment.

DSI Tenting Screws are used to ensure the preservation of space and prevent the resorption of grafting material during GBR procedures. Unlike regular screws, the threading of these screws is limited to the lower section, while the shaft remains smooth to prevent integration.

Tenting screws boast the remarkable features of being self-frilling and self-tapping. These screws are designed to create a secure connection with the bone, eliminating the risk of falling out. While most of the time the screw can be easily inserted on its own, there may be rare cases where a pilot drill is necessary before applying the insertion. Also, the Philips-head connection firmly grip the screws and can be carried safely to the site.

      Not the best
Size: 7, Color: Black, Size: 7, Color: Black
They are cute but they have a bit of an odd fit that isn’t great for people with narrow feet. They look too dressy to wear with super casual outfits in my opinion. I think the Ugg golden star sandals are much comfier. If you’re wearing these sandals for a really short time they’d be okay. After wearing them around my house for a little while I decided to return them since they started to hurt my feet.

Not for narrow feet, very lightweight.
      Size: 7.5, Color: Black
My feet are slightly narrow; these were not adjustable enough to make secure. Otherwise they are cute. The material feels kind of light, these were my first attempt at UGGs so I'm not sure if that's typical or an actual quality issue. Either way, they don't seem very durable but I can't imagine these are meant for roughing it.
